We are looking for candidates with current experience in prospecting and developing new clients (SDR/BDR). If you currently manage entire accounts or lead teams, this vacancy does not match your profile.
At Plus Ti, we are looking for aSales Development Representativeto help us identify, develop, and qualify business opportunities, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
The person in this position will be responsible for:
- Identify and develop business opportunities based on defined metrics and commercial objectives.
- Carry out prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, digital outreach, and other means).
- Identify, research, and qualify leads from internal databases, external sources, and marketing channels.
- Follow up and nurture leads that have shown interest in our solutions.
- Establish relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities that feed the pipeline.
- Keep information up to date and of high quality in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
- +2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Experience in generating and qualifying leads and meeting objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or others) and productivity tools.
- Ability to work in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of financial systems or technologies (a plus).
- No management experience is required.
