Job Mission:
Resolve application incidents caused by component errors and recommend best practices for configuring the application environment to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, channel new adjustment and/or development requests to the respective department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (completed or near completion).
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support for software products.
- Bilingual Spanish – English (tests and interviews will be conducted in English).
- Proven experience with programming languages and databases, including:
- VB6
- Advanced C#
- JavaScript
- MS SQL Server (advanced)
- Oracle (basic/intermediate)
- Systems and Infrastructure knowledge:
- Windows Server
- IIS
- Concepts de red básicas
- Ability to read and understand C# code for troubleshooting.
- Must reside in the Philippines, or be available to work night shifts from Guatemala.
- Flexibility with shifts and schedules (bonuses apply for completed shifts and hours).
- Strong customer service focus.
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Availability to work night shifts due to project requirements.
