About the Role
Job objectives
Ensure the correct operational execution of assigned accounts through control, monitoring, and internal coordination in matters related to projects, collections, billing, support, and incidents, guaranteeing the fulfillment of commitments to contribute to customer satisfaction. Above all, with the ability to identify business opportunities and perform upselling/cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Strategic customer relationship management: primary point of contact for the customer. Responsible for managing expectations, resolving queries, and maintaining an effective flow of information between the customer and internal teams.
- Operational and technical coordination: ensures the proper execution of projects and services through efficient coordination with internal teams, invoice validation, and accounts receivable. Focused on private and government accounts.
- Analysis, negotiation, and resolution: drive customer performance and company profitability through an analytical, decisive, and growth-oriented approach.
Requirements
- University degree in areas such as Administration, Engineering, Systems, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in account management, customer development, or B2B sales.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and perform upselling/cross-selling.
- Results-oriented approach and KPI compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to coordinate internal teams and align resources for customer success.
- Advanced CRM management (Salesforce).
- Intermediate–advanced Excel
- Adaptability and change management.
